- 4 days of mountain biking in Tara National Park
- Full marking of each race stage
- Professional timekeeping system

- Relaxing massage for all participants after every stage in length of 10 minutes per participant
- SIM card with free Internet for International teams (eSIM or SIM card with free Internet for a limited period of use for all International teams, which is delivered prior to team arrival in Serbia)

- Man / Both riders in team are male and 18 years or older on the day of the race
- Woman / Both riders in team are female and 18 years or older on the day of the race
- Mixed / One female and one male rider in team and both riders 18 years or older on the day of the race
- Masters 40+ / Both riders are 40 years or older on the day of the race
- Grand Masters 50+ / Both riders are 50 years or older on the day of the race
- Grand Grand Masters 60+ / Both riders are 50 years or older on the day of the race
SOLO CATEGORIES
- Man / Riders are 18 years or older on the day of the race
- Woman / Riders are 18 years or older on the day of the race
- Masters 40+ / Riders are 40 years or older on the day of the race
- Grand Masters 50+ / Riders are 50 years or older on the day of the race
- Grand Grand Masters 60+ / Riders are 60 years or older on the day of the race
Registration for the “Wild Bear MTB Stage Race” is done online. The number of participants is limited to 200 persons. By filling the registration and paying the entry fee, the participant acquires the right to the competitors package.

We offer a Additional Otions designed to enhance your Wild Bear MTB Stage Race experience. Please note that some of these Additonal Options are limited in availability, so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
PURCHASING PROCESS: Log in your Registration Page by cliking the link below and then click MY REGISTRATION at the top of the page. Please provide your Email Adress and your Personal Booking Reference provided in the confirmation email sent to you upon registration. Also you can book additional options as part of the race registration process.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Need a transfer from Belgrade Airport to National Park Tara or back from Tara National Park to Belgrade Airport? This is the options for you!
Arrival transfers Belgrade Airport to National Park Tara (approx. 4h):
- Monday, 31.8.2026. at 14:30 h
- Tuesday, 1.9.2026. at 14:30 h
Departure transfer from National Park Tara to Belgrade Airport (approx. 4h):
- Saturday, 5.9.2026 at 16:00 h
- Sunday, 6.9.2026 at 07:00 h
Price for bus transfer is 120 EUR per person and direction.
Important notes:
- Transfer includes transportation to your accommodation within Tara National Park
- Price is for one person, one piece of luggage, and one bike or bike bag.
- Arrival and Departure transfers are booked separately.
- This service is strictly for you, your team partner, or supporters.

PROFESSIONAL MASSAGE PACKAGE
When you race hard, recovery is very important for your body. Enhance your recovery with 4 professional recovery and regenerative massage sessions (30 minutes each) throughout the week.
Massage services are available between 16:00 and 21:00 following each stage.
Price for Professional massage package is 120 EUR per person. The package includes four massages, each lasting 30 minutes.
Please note: Limited availability. Massages must be booked in advance and cannot be arranged on site.
RACE PHOTO PACKAGE
Relive the excitement of your Wild Bear MTB Stage Race journey with our official race photo package. This includes a full set of personal action shots, stunning impressions from race days and highlights captured by our professional media team.
Get a complete visual story of your achievement, a perfect way to remember and share your experience.
Price for Race photo package is 39 EUR per person.
Please note: Photos will be available after the race.

PAYMENT PLAN
We understand that entering an Wild Bear MTB Stage race event is a big commitment, so we offer you the payment plan from which you can benefit if you sign up until 15th January 2026. Payment Plan is linked to Tier 1 and Tier 2 prices.The payment plan consists three instalments, these are due on the dates below:
- First instalment is due at the time of registration
- For individual registration first instalment in Tier 1 period is 149 EUR until 10th December 2025 / For individual registration first instalment in Tier 2 period is 199 EUR until 15th January 2026
- For team registration first instalment in Tier 1 period is 299 EUR until 10th December 2025 / For team registration first instalment in Tier 2 period is 398 EUR until 15th January 2026
- Second instalment is due on 1th of March 2026
- For individual registration second instalment is 100 EUR
- For team registration second instalment is 200 EUR
- Third instalment is due on 1th of April 2026
- For individual registration third instalment is 100 EUR
- For team registration third instalment is 200 EUR

Please note: Your registration is only valid when all 3 payments have been made. When choosing the payment plan, you can’t claim any partial refund.
DEFERRAL OPTION
Participant who register before 31 July 2026 are eligible to defer their 2026 race entry to the 2027 Wild Bear MTB Stage Race event free of charge. All deferral requests will be honored until midnight, 31 July 2026, regardless of thereason for deferral.
Deferral requests must be submitted via via the email: info@wildbearmtb.com, regardless of the reason for deferral. The deferral may be only used once.
Please Note: Riders who were deferred from 2025 to 2026 are not eligible for deferral into 2027.

WITHDRAWAL OPTIONS
The Participant has the right to receive a partial refund of the entry fee paid for the 2026 Wild Bear MTB stage race event. Depending on the date of withdrawal the Participant is entitled to receive the following reimbursement rates:
- From opening of registration until 31 March 2026: 90% refund
- From 01 April 2026 until 31 May 2026: 65% refund
- From 01 June 2026 until 30 June 2026: 30% refund
- From 1 July 2026: no refunds will be made
The Participant shall send a withdrawal request via the email to info@wildbearmtb.com during the above-mentioned time frames in order to be eligible for a partial refund.

RIDER CHANGES
If a team member or solo participant cannot participate due to sickness or injury, a substitute team member or solo participant can register in that person’s place. Rider change requests must be submitted via the following e-mail: info@wildbearmtb.com. Both team members can also be substituted, in this case your entry would be transferred to the new team (full team change). The following substitution fees (per rider substituted) apply:
- Until 31 July 2026: free of charge
- From 1 August 2026 until 15 August 2026: EUR 20
